Studio policies
Please read these before you book. They keep every appointment calm, safe and on time.
Booking and timing
Booking
A valid card is required to book an appointment through my online system. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is kept on file to secure your appointment.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Please make any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows
If you do not show up for your appointment and have not canceled in advance, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation with a 50% charge.
In the studio
Guests
To ensure a relaxing experience, please come alone. No additional guests are allowed, unless previously agreed upon.
Children
For the safety and comfort of everyone, please do not bring children to your appointment.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the studio. Service animals are always welcome.
Before your appointment
Please avoid trimming your cuticles or doing a manicure/pedicure immediately before your appointment. This helps prevent irritation and allows me to provide the best and safest service.

Care and services
Nail & skin conditions
For your safety, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a manicure or pedicure service if I notice signs of infection, fungus, open wounds, inflammation, severe nail damage, or other conditions that may make the service unsafe. In some cases, I may recommend seeing a medical professional before booking again.
Nail guarantee
If you experience any issue with your nails within 3 days of your appointment, please contact me. I will be happy to fix it at no additional charge, provided there is no external damage and you have followed proper aftercare.
Services
I do not work with Dip Powder, Gel-X, Acrylic, or similar systems. For these services, I only offer removal.
